Welcome to Slovio
What Slovio is, how the app is organised, and the five steps from sign-up to your first customer conversation on WhatsApp, RCS, SMS or calls.

Slovio is one workspace for customer conversations on WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and phone calls. Chatbots and AI agents handle routine replies, AI Calling handles phone calls, and your team picks up anything that needs a person in the shared Inbox.
Go from sign-up to your first conversation
- Create your account at app.slovio.ai/auth/register and verify your email and phone. See Create your account.
- Tell us about your business: category, country, currency and timezone. See Set up your business profile.
- Add money to your wallet. Messages and call minutes are paid from a prepaid wallet. See Wallet and recharge.
- Connect a channel. Nothing can be sent or received until one is connected. See Connect your first channel.
- Invite your team and give each person a role. See Team members and roles.
If your account asks for business verification, finish it before the deadline so outbound sending keeps working. See Business verification (KYC).

Worked example: a first week
Anand Motors, a two-wheeler dealer in Coimbatore:
- Day 1: Anand signs up, picks the category closest to his business, and keeps the timezone as India (IST). He adds ₹5,000 to the wallet and pays ₹6,018 at checkout (₹5,000 + ₹900 GST + ₹118 fee).
- Day 2: He connects WhatsApp with the showroom number and submits a service-reminder template.
- Day 3: He imports 1,200 customers from Excel and adds two service advisors as agents.
- Day 5: The template is approved. He broadcasts service reminders, and replies land in the shared Inbox for the advisors.
Common questions
Which channel should I connect first?
Most businesses in India start with WhatsApp, because customers already use it. See Connect your first channel.
Do I pay for messages separately from my plan?
Yes. Your plan sets features and limits. Messages and call minutes are paid from your prepaid wallet.
Can my team share one login?
No. Give each person their own login as an agent, with a role that fits their job.
Is web chat available?
Web chat shows on the Channels page but cannot be connected yet. A shared email inbox is coming soon.
