Automation
A chatbot flow builder lets you design automated conversations on a visual canvas without writing code. Slovio Automation connects triggers, conditions and actions across WhatsApp, SMS and Email, runs timed sequences, launches WhatsApp Flows, calls your systems by webhook and hands off to a person or an AI agent when needed.
Start with a trigger.
A message, a new contact, a form submission, an order or a webhook.
WhatsApp message
Any inbound message
Mentions an order?
Message contains “order”
Find the order
Shopify lookup
Hand off to team
Assign in Team Inbox
Send order status
WhatsApp template
Tag the contact
Add “needs-help”
Building blocks
Three kinds of step, enough to model most customer journeys, from order updates to reminders and follow-ups.
Sequences
Send drip messages across channels, with waits and checks between them. Contacts who reply leave the sequence automatically.
WhatsApp Flows
Collect bookings, sign-ups and orders inside WhatsApp. Answers are saved to the contact and can start an automation.
Integrations & webhooks
Connect your store and spreadsheets, or reach any other system with webhooks and the REST API.
Add or update rows from any flow.
Orders and customers, available in your flows.
Order events trigger messages.
Send and receive events in both directions.
API keys for your own systems.

In Slovio Automation, you connect a trigger to conditions and actions on a visual canvas, and every contact follows the path that matches them. Teams can read a flow at a glance, change it without a developer and see exactly what happens to each customer.
Yes. Slovio Automation is built in a visual editor, so operations, support and marketing teams can automate WhatsApp replies, order updates, reminders and follow-ups themselves. You pick a trigger such as an inbound message or a new order, add conditions and choose actions such as sending a template, tagging the contact or assigning a teammate.
WhatsApp Flows are forms that open inside a WhatsApp chat. Slovio lets you build them to collect bookings, sign-ups or orders without sending customers to a website. Answers are saved to the contact’s attributes in Slovio CRM, and submitting a form can start an automation, such as confirming a booking or assigning a lead.
Slovio automations can start from events such as an inbound message, a matched keyword, a new contact, a tag being added, a WhatsApp Flow submission, an order event, a completed call or an incoming webhook. Later conditions and actions in the flow can then use the message, contact or order that started it.
Yes. A Slovio flow can call a webhook to send data to your own systems and can start from an incoming webhook event. Slovio Automation also integrates with Google Sheets, Shopify and WooCommerce, so flows can add spreadsheet rows and react to store orders, and developers can use the Slovio REST API with API keys to connect internal tools.
Automation follows the path you draw: the same trigger leads through the same conditions to the same actions, which suits order updates, reminders and routing. A Slovio AI agent holds an open conversation, answering in its own words from your knowledge base. The two work together: a flow can hand a contact to an AI agent, and an agent can start a flow.
Yes. Slovio Automation includes sequences that send a series of messages over days across WhatsApp, SMS and Email, with waits and conditions between steps. A contact who replies can leave the sequence automatically, and warm leads can be assigned to a teammate at any step, so follow-ups stop when a person needs to take over.
Build your first flow on the visual canvas and let it run for every contact.
