A lead arrives from a Facebook lead form or your website, and a workflow sends a WhatsApp acknowledgement right away. New leads then go into an outbound AI calling campaign that confirms the loan type, the amount needed and whether they are salaried or self-employed, and asks if they would like a relationship manager to follow up. The call summary is saved on the contact, so managers call the people who are ready to talk.
Once an application is in, a workflow asks the applicant on WhatsApp for the documents still missing. They send photos or PDFs in the chat, and the conversation goes to your operations team in the Team Inbox. A WhatsApp Flow can take structured details such as address and employer as a form, so nobody types them twice.
Ahead of the due date, a scheduled workflow sends a WhatsApp reminder with the amount and your payment link, and an SMS on your DLT-registered template. On the due date, an outbound AI call campaign reaches borrowers who have not paid and notes any promised payment date in the call summary. When Razorpay confirms a payment, a workflow sends the receipt.
Policy renewals and fixed deposit maturities are dates you already hold. Build a segment from them, send a WhatsApp campaign to customers who opted in, and fall back to RCS for those WhatsApp could not reach. For a reminder campaign you choose the agent and its language, and the agent can send a WhatsApp message with the payment link during the call so the borrower has it in writing.
